By using Flochi, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written in plain English, not legalese.
Flochi is a wellness app featuring Koda, an AI-powered companion designed to help you understand your menstrual cycle. Flochi is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional healthcare.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Flochi. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law.

Koda is a wellness companion, not a doctor. Nothing in Flochi constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, diagnoses, or treatment decisions.
Flochi and Koda provide general wellness information based on publicly available research. Individual results vary. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of phase-based recommendations for your specific situation.
All content in Flochi — including Koda's character, design, artwork, copy, and software — is owned by Flochi Inc. and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your personal data (cycle logs, conversations, etc.) belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how to export or delete it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flochi Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Data. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
